Paul Monteiro, Obama Administration Political Appointee, Candidate for PG County Executive

Paul Monteiro, a lawyer from Howard University, served in the Obama Administration as Associate Director for Office of Public Engagement serving Faith-Based organizations, anti-poverty nonprofits and youth groups.

Monteiro also served as the Director of AmeriCorps Vista; and the led the Community Relations Service within the Justice Department. Monteiro is currently Chief of Staff at Howard University.
